Richard Alkire

Last year, my family purchased for me a Louis XVI bench kit to match the instrument purchased and constructed some twenty years ago. I would like to tell you how much pleasure the instrument has brought over the years. No small part has been the pleasure of the visits to your facility when it was in Waltham, and to having the continued updates with your newsletter and other mailings. The instrument continues to be well maintained, in part by moonlighting technicians from the school of music at the University of Illinois. We have used it in a number of concerts at the University, and it enjoys a regular schedule of chamber playing at home.

I deeply appreciate all you have done over the years to enrich the profession, to keep to the highest standards and by adding your warm personal touch to all you do.
